Manage Identity Profiles

Change Identity Profile Name

  1. Log in to your Atlas↗ account.  

  2. Click Identity Profiles.

  3. Select the identity profile that you want to rename.

  4. Click Manage Identity  in the right-hand pane.

  5. Enter the new name, then click Save.

  6. You have successfully changed the name of the Identity Profile. 

View Identity Status 

  1. Log in to your Atlas↗ account.  

  2. Click Identity Profiles.

  3. Go to Status column and view the status of your identity profile.

Change Identity Details

You can edit the details of your identity profile up until you submit it for verification. Once you have done this, an identity profile cannot be changed. If you need to make a change to an existing identity profile, we recommend you request a new identity profile↗ with the correct details.  

Delete Identity

An identity profile cannot be altered or deleted once created.
