Overview

• You must have purchased a product/signature pack or SAN license before you can request an identity profile. Ensure that you have accepted a quote↗ to continue.

• Domain Validated (DV) level identities are automatically created and vetted once you accept a quote for Atlas DV products. No need to create or request a new one.

• Organization Validated (OV) and Extended Validated (EV) level identities must be manually requested on the Atlas portal once you accept a quote for Atlas OV products.

• Identities for the same product pack will be coupled according to their vetting group. For instance, if one pack has different types of TLS DV (ECC, RSA) or TLS OV (ECC, RSA) products, only one DV and one OV identity is created. However, you may manually request more identities in the portal if required. 

• There is no identity required for Trial or Test Certificate product packs.

Request an Identity Profile for Certificate (TLS, S/MIME)

1. Log in to your Atlas↗ account.  

2. From the dashboard, click on the Request an identity profile card. 
   
   

   Or, select the service or product from the To Do card and click Request an Identity profile.
   
   NOTE: If you choose this option, please proceed to Step #4.
   
   

   1. Alternatively, you can go to Identity Profiles.
      
      

   2. Click Request an Identity.
      
      

3. Select the applicable service or product for this identity, and then click Continue.
   
   

4. Enter a profile name and fill out the required fields with your organization. Then, click Request this identity profile.
   
   

5. Review all the information you provided, and then click Request this identity.
   
   

6. You have successfully requested an identity profile. This request will be queued for vetting. 
   
   

 

Request an Identity Profile for Signature (DSS)

1. Log in to your Atlas↗ account.  

2. From the dashboard, click on the Request Identity Profiles card.
   
   
   
   Or, select the service or product from the To Do card and click Request an Identity profile.
   
   NOTE: If you choose this option, please proceed to Step #4.
   
   

   1. Alternatively, you can go to Identity Profiles.
      
      

   2. Click Request an Identity.
      
      

3. Select the applicable service or product for this identity, and then click Continue.
   
   

4. Enter a profile name and fill out the required fields with your organization.
   
   

5. On the same page, complete any optional fields or select the checkbox to skip them. Then, click Request This Identity Profile.
   
   

6. Review all the information you provided, and then click Request this identity.
   
   

7. You have successfully requested an identity profile. This request will be queued for vetting.
